Salon Policies

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure select appointments. Deposits will be applied toward your service total.

Appointment Confirmations

As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent automatically. However, clients are responsible for keeping track of their scheduled appointments.
